There are discussions in parents forums about "Golden Sun Face Painter", regarding Cici Easter Shi (Cici admits that she's crazy -- surf for her name on video's) and her bipolar, probably still opiod-using colleage Karey Wong (the scantily-clothed balloon twister on video clips).   Cece “Easter” Shi also does business under the names, “Golden Sun” balloon twister, Golden Sun Face Painter in Gigsalad.  There are opinions, by counselors, and researchers, on the Internet that these two women, Cici and Karey, should not be with little kids. Do the research. Cici does not identify herself on CL, but you'll see that her phone number end in -8042 and -8290 in Craigslist Vancouver, BC, Canada.  Cici and Karey are not "bad people", but they need professional help, imo.
